What is ketosis?
The natural state the body goes into after limiting carbohydrate intake. It turns its own fat into ketones and uses them as a substitute energy source for the missing carbohydrates. That's why you lose weight quickly and without exercise.

Phase 1 - reduction

When to begin?

  • When you feel the need to lose weight. Whether this is for health reasons or simply because you don’t feel good in your body.

How long should you stay in phase 1?

  • Follow the rule that you move on from the 1st phase of the diet when you lose half your target weight.
  • But don’t remain in this phase for more than 8 weeks.

What can you expect in this phase?

  • This is when you will lose weight the fastest.
  • You should drink 2 - 3 litres of fluids a day.

What to add in the 1st phase?

VegetablesUp to half a kilo of white and green vegetables (apart from peas).

2nd phase -reduction

When to begin?

  • When you can no longer cope with the 1st phase, when you reach half your target weight-loss or when you have been in the 1st phase for 8 weeks. But never sooner than after one week of the 1st phase KetoMix diet.

How long should you stay in phase 2?

  • The phase 1 and phase 2 period should not exceed 14 weeks.
  • If you want to lose weight faster you can go back to phase 1 from phase 2.

What can you expect in this phase?

  • You will be eating 3 KetoMix meals a day and 2 standard low-carbohydrate meals, which you will cook yourself.
  • Don’t forget your fluid intake

What to add in the 2nd phase?

What you should be aware of during the 2nd phase

  • Although the 2nd phase is more pleasant, you have to watch yourself and stay in control..
  • Don’t underestimate it. If you go back to the eating habits you had before you began your diet, you will regain the weight you lost..
  • Watch the carbohydrates you eat during your normal meals. Don’t forget your fluid intake and regular, three-hour intervals between meals.
  • If you still have weight to lose after 14 weeks, maintain the 3rd stabilization phase for at least one month and then you can start dieting again. You can start from phase 2. again.

3rd phase - fixation

When to begin?

  • When you have reached your desired weight (you may even have lost quite a bit more weight than you expected)..
  • However, you don’t actually have to begin the 3rd phase and essentially stop using KetoMix products at all. You may have realised that you enjoy living without unnecessary carbohydrates. And KetoMix meals are also an excellent supplement to a normal diet.

How long should you stay in phase 3?

  • The 3rd phase of the KetoMix diet should actually not be a diet at all. This phase is about not returning to the state when you harmed your body and ate an unhealthy diet.
  • So, if you are asking how long the 3rd phase will last, then the answer is simple - forever.
  • But this is not about denying yourself what you enjoy. Simply eat everything, but in moderation. Remember what you learnt during the KetoMix diet.
  • And of course, if you want to go back to the diet, you can. At any time.

What can you expect in this phase?
